Hiring:SEASONAL full or Part Time mechanic, YARD LABOR & retail/customer service
PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR OUTBOARD MOTOR IS FROM 1980 or EARLIER:
We no longer service outboard motors manufactured in 1980 or earlier, except for units owned by established customers. Due to the time and complexity involved with older engines, we may, at our discretion, offer service on portable outboards of this age—but only during our winter season (December through March).
PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR I/O STERN DRIVE ENGINE IS FROM 1980 or EARLIER:
We no longer service any inboard/outboard (I/O) stern drives or engines manufactured before 1980, except for units owned by established customers.
We’re proud to work on some of the best products ever made—while we love seeing classics, please understand that parts may no longer be available, which can limit our ability to perform repairs. If you’re unsure about your motor, feel free to contact us before bringing it in.
With over 80 years of combined experience, our certified technicians take pride in staying current with the ever-evolving technology of marine engines. We are an authorized service center for Yamaha outboards and remain the only authorized Evinrude and Johnson outboard service center in the Ithaca area. We also provide service for OMC and MerCruiser sterndrives.
As of 9.01.2024 Our labor rates are $125/hour.
Prop repair, while not done on site, is always available – please expect an approximate one week turn around.
