PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR OUTBOARD MOTOR IS FROM 1980 or EARLIER: We no longer work on outboard motors older than 1980 except for established customer units. Due to the time involved in working on these older motors, we may, at our discretion, offer to service your older portable outboard engine, but only during our winter season (December – March).
PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR I/O STERN DRIVE ENGINE IS FROM 1980 or EARLIER: We no longer work on ANY I/O stern drive or engine older than 1980 except for established customer units.
We know that we work on the best product available because we often see motors come in for servicing that were built in the 1950’s or earlier! While we love to see these oldies-but-goodies, please keep in mind that parts may not always be available for servicing. If you have questions, please contact us before you bring your motor in for repair..
With over 80 years of combined experience, our certified technicians take pride in making sure that we are always up-to-date with the ever changing technology of marine engines. We are an authorized service center for Yamaha outboards and continue to be the only authorized Evinrude and Johnson outboard service center in the Ithaca area. We also offer service for OMC Sterndrives and Mercruiser Sterndrives.
As of 8.01.2023 Our labor rates are $120/hour.
Prop repair, while not done on site, is always available – please expect an approximate one week turn around.
